Refund and Return Policy

1. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under:

  • Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

  • Fair Trading Act 1986

If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Change of mind returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless:

  • Item is unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days

  • Proof of purchase provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Custom or special-order items:

The following are non-refundable unless faulty:

  • Custom wiring harnesses

  • Made-to-order electrical systems

  • Special-order components

Deposits on custom builds are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Faulty products:

If a product is faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of discovering the issue

  • Provide photos and proof of purchase

We may:

  • Repair

  • Replace

  • Refund

at our discretion in accordance with NZ consumer law.

5. Incorrect Installation:

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Electrical overload

  • Improper use

  • Motorsport damage

  • Modifications by third parties

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

6. Return process:

To request a return:

  2. Provide order number and reason

  3. Await return approval

Do not send items without approval.
