  • 5–10 business days for made-to-order items

Custom harnesses may require additional build time.

2. Shipping areas:

We ship within New Zealand.

International shipping may be available upon request.

3.Delivery times:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on courier services.

Busspac is not responsible for courier delays.

4. International orders:

International customers are responsible for:

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs clearance
  • Import compliance

Busspac accepts no liability for seized or delayed international shipments

5. Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

6. Risk and damage:

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of packaging and damage

7. Lost packages

If a parcel is lost in transit:
